What is your standard turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days before an item ships, as every order is meticulously crafted in the exact order it is received. We do not offer rush fees or expedited production services. If you need an item within two weeks, please contact us before ordering to see if our current queue allows for it, and plan to upgrade your shipping at checkout.

Once your order slides off the machine and out our door, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a USPS tracking link. You can track your bright new gear every step of its journey right to your doorstep!

We want you to absolutely love your handmade pieces! We accept returns on standard, non-custom items under strict conditions: you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return, and the item must be scanned into the USPS system within 7 days of that approval. We do not accept unauthorized returns—packages sent back to us without prior communication will not be refunded.

Because of their unique nature, all custom orders, personalized items, and “Last Chance” clearance pieces are final sale and completely non-refundable.

We work incredibly hard to get our seasonal drops and holiday items out the door with plenty of time to spare, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or be held responsible for USPS carrier delays. We highly recommend placing orders early and upgrading to flat-rate Priority or Priority Express at checkout if you have a tight deadline.

If you notice a typo or need an address correction, please contact us immediately! We process and ship orders quickly, but as long as your package hasn’t officially left our studio, we are more than happy to update the details for you.
