What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us! Click on the account icon at the top of our website or navigate to the “My Account” page. Right below the login boxes, click the “Lost your password?” link. Enter your email address, and our system will instantly send you a secure link to reset it.
How do I change my password?
To update your password, log into your profile and head to your My Account dashboard. Click on the Account Details tab. From there, you will see options to enter your current password and choose a secure new one. Don’t forget to hit “Save Changes” at the bottom!
How do I change my email address?
You can easily update your login email by logging into your profile and navigating to the Account Details tab inside your My Account dashboard. Simply type your new email address into the designated field and click “Save Changes.”
How do I change my saved shipping address?
To update where your bright new gear gets shipped, log into your profile and click on the Addresses tab inside your My Account dashboard. From there, you can view and edit both your billing address and your standard shipping address so checkout is always a breeze.
Why am I experiencing problems when entering my payment details?
Payment errors are usually caused by a tiny mismatch in credit card details. Double-check that your card number, expiration date, and CVV security code are typed perfectly. Also, verify that the Billing Address you entered exactly matches the legal address on file with your bank or credit card company. If your payment still won’t process, try checking out using PayPal or Apple Pay, or reach out to us for help!
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
If you need to take a break from our studio updates and product drops, you can opt out at any time. Simply open the last email you received from us, scroll all the way to the very bottom, and click the “Unsubscribe” link. We’ll miss you, but you are welcome back anytime!
