All standard orders are shipped securely via USPS straight to your mailbox or doorstep. If you are local to the Brentwood area and would prefer to bypass shipping, please drop us a message before purchasing to see if a public meet-up option can be coordinated!
What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days before an item ships, as every order is meticulously crafted in the exact order it is received. We do not offer rush fees or expedited production services. If you need an item within two weeks, please contact us before ordering to see if our current queue allows for it, and plan to upgrade your shipping at checkout.
Where is my order?
The moment your package leaves our hands, an automated shipping confirmation email will fly into your inbox with your official tracking link. Simply click that link to track your bright new gear on its journey to you!
Shipping Options for the USA
We ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using Ground Advantage as our standard shipping method. If you need your handmade pieces in a rush, we offer flat-rate upgrade options for Priority Mail and Priority Express right at checkout.
What if I have not received part of my order?
Because we balance ready-to-ship items, handmade orders, and academy supplies, your items may occasionally arrive in separate packages so we can get things to you as quickly as possible. Check your shipping email for multiple tracking numbers, or reach out to us if you need help looking into it.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, absolutely! Because we utilize USPS for our standard shipping routes, we can easily and securely ship to any valid standard PO Box within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
What time will my order arrive?
Mail delivery times depend entirely on your local postal carrier’s daily route. Once your package is in the postal system, you can check your tracking link on the day of delivery for an estimated time window provided by the carrier.
Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, we can! Just make sure to input the correct destination in the “Shipping Address” field at checkout while keeping your credit card’s legal address in the “Billing Address” field. This is perfect for sending gifts directly to friends or family!
Do I need to sign for my parcel?
Standard orders do not require a signature and will be left securely in your mailbox or on your porch. For exceptionally large wholesale orders or high-value packages, we may occasionally add signature confirmation for extra security, which will be noted on your tracking info.
What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors, look around side doors, or contact your local post office branch first. If it is still missing after 3 business days, please reach out to us via our Contact Page so we can help you look into it.

Disputed Shipping & Carrier Issues
Because we ship exclusively via USPS, all packages are tracked straight from our studio to your door. If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you can’t find it, we will gladly help you coordinate a missing mail search with your local post office branch. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier misdeliveries or missing packages once USPS scans them as delivered, but we will always help you look into it!
What if my order arrives after my event or holiday?
We work incredibly hard to get our seasonal drops and holiday items out the door with plenty of time to spare, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or be held responsible for USPS carrier delays. We highly recommend placing orders early and upgrading to flat-rate Priority or Priority Express at checkout if you have a tight deadline.
