Why can't I find an item that was advertised?
Many of our signature drops, seasonal themes (like our Summerween collections), and specialized vinyl patterns are released in limited-edition, small-batch runs. Once a collection sells out, the items are often retired to make room on our machines for fresh, new designs!
Will you be getting more stock of a sold-out item?
Because we operate on a handmade, small-batch model, standard items do restock periodically. However, seasonal drops or limited-edition vinyl patterns are rarely brought back once they sell out. If there is a particular pouch, bag, or accessory you are eyeing, we highly recommend snagging it before it enters the vault!
Do you have a size guide?
Because our accessories, zipper bags, and pouches vary in dimension, we don’t use a universal size guide. Instead, we list the exact, detailed measurements for every single item directly within its product description. Be sure to check the description box of the item you are browsing to find its specific dimensions!
Do you accept custom color or fabric requests for existing items?
While we meticulously curate our standard collections with premium marine vinyls and luxury fabrics, we occasionally take on custom color requests depending on our current studio queue. Feel free to reach out via our Contact Page before ordering to see if we can accommodate your specific vision!
How should I clean and care for my items?
Everything we create is handcrafted and should be spot cleaned only with a damp, soft cloth and mild soap. Please do not submerge any of our items in water or put them in the washing machine. You can also find specific material care instructions listed directly inside each product description!
What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days before an item ships, as every order is meticulously crafted in the exact order it is received. We do not offer rush fees or expedited production services. If you need an item within two weeks, please contact us before ordering to see if our current queue allows for it, and plan to upgrade your shipping at checkout.
