How do I use a promotional code?
When you are ready to check out, view your shopping cart or proceed to the checkout screen. You will see a box labeled “Coupon Code” or “Promo Code.” Simply type or paste your code exactly as it appears into that box and click “Apply” to see your discount reflected in your total before submitting your payment.
Why isn't my promo code working?
Promo codes can fail for a few common reasons: they may be expired, misspelled, or restricted to certain collections. Please note that our system only allows one promotional code per order, and promo codes cannot be stacked or applied to previously placed orders.
Why isn't my promo code applying to all items in my order?
Many of our promotional codes are designed to exclude specific collections, such as custom orders, “Last Chance” clearance items, or specialized academy materials. Be sure to check the original terms of the promotion for any item restrictions.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer digital or physical gift cards at this time, though we hope to bring them to the shop in the future!
Can I ship an order directly as a gift?
Yes, absolutely! You can enter your recipient’s name and address in the “Shipping Address” fields at checkout while keeping your own info in the “Billing Address” fields.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized gift notes?
To keep our production and shipping pipelines moving as fast as possible, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, if you would like to include a simple message for the recipient, you are welcome to type it into the “Order Notes” box at checkout. Your message will print cleanly right on the packing slip included inside the box!
