Where is my order?

Once your order slides off the machine and out our door, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a USPS tracking link. You can track your bright new gear every step of its journey right to your doorstep!

Because we handle both ready-to-ship items and detailed, made-to-order embroidery pieces, your order might occasionally ship in multiple packages to get your items to you as fast as possible. Check your shipping email for multiple tracking numbers, or drop us a line via our Contact Page and we’ll track it down for you.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and secure payments via PayPal. All transactions are securely processed so you can shop with total peace of mind.

The second you hit “Place Order,” our system sends an automated confirmation screen with your order number. We also instantly ping your inbox with a confirmation receipt.

Absolutely! You’ll receive an order receipt email within minutes of purchasing. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder, or verify that your email address was typed in correctly at checkout.

If you notice a typo or need an address correction, please contact us immediately! We process and ship orders quickly, but as long as your package hasn’t officially left our studio, we are more than happy to update the details for you.

Because we begin prepping materials and setting up our embroidery machines right away, orders can only be canceled within a limited timeframe of placement. Please reach out via our Contact Page as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

We take immense pride in our handmade, high-quality standards, but if a human mistake sneaked through, we want to fix it immediately! Please contact us within a few days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the issue so we can send a replacement or make it right.

Because many of our items are limited-edition, seasonal runs, or custom-made, we generally cannot offer direct exchanges. However, if your item is unused and in its original condition, you can return it according to our return policy and place a fresh order for the new style you want!
